Account

How can I create an account on miiuaia.com?

Click on the three lines on the top right hand corner then click on “Account”,  complete your first and last name, and create a password. Or, when you place an order, you will be prompted to save your information with your email address and password. Please kindly note that you will need an account to be able to rent from miiuaia.com.

 

How do I reset my password?

If you forget your password, click on the "I forgot" button while logging in to your account, you will receive an e-mail with a link to create a new one.

 

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email with a tracking link to follow your order once your order has been shipped. You may always contact our carrier for any questions regarding your shipment.

What countries does miiuaia.com deliver to?

We currently only deliver to the United Kingdom. Please contact our Customer Service Team at clientservice@miiuaia.com if you have any additional questions.

What are the delivery options?

MIIUAïA offers standard delivery, express delivery, next day delivery and Saturday delivery on all orders. From the moment the shipping confirmation e-mail is sent the time it takes for your order to arrive is detailed below. Please note business days are Mon-Sat.
 

Made to Order 1-3 Weeks


Please allow up to 20 days for delivery on all made to order items. If you require your items for a certain date, please email clientservice@miiuaia.com to request a specific production slot.

Why are some items made to order?

In terms of sustainability, it is the most responsible way of manufacturing as it reduces waste and the environmental impact of overproduction. 

Renting

How do I rent?

To rent you need to have registered an account with us.

First, Select the item you'd like to rent, choosing between 4, 8, or 16 days. Next, enter your shipping and payment details. Make sure to verify the information on the Rental Summary. You will also be provided with the option to purchase £10 Damage Protection. Please note:

Your rental can arrive with you at any time on the rental Start Date. If you’re needing the item that day then we advise setting your Start Date to at least one day before this.

Do not clean the item at any point during your rental period as this may damage the item. If you think the item might need cleaning please contact our Customer Service Team at clientservice@miiuaia.com

What is damage protection?

Renters can opt to purchase Damage Protection for £10 when requesting a rental. Damage Protection covers the cost of repairable damage up to a maximum repair cost of £50 per rental to give you peace of mind when renting.

Damage in excess of £50 repair fee

In the event of irreparable or excessive damage and/or loss, the Renter would be liable to cover the total retail cost of the item.

How do I return my rental?

You are responsible for safely returning your rented item(s) no later than the final date of your rental period. Late fees apply should the item not be returned on time. Miiuaïa requires a 1st class tracked and signed for, guaranteed next day insured service. We recommend using the Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm service which includes insurance up to £500. If the item retails at more than £500 please purchase additional insurance.

Simply place the item(s) in the reusable packaging the item came in and return to the return address below.

Can I cancel my rental?

If you wish to cancel your rental go to your Account > My Rentals > and select Manage My Rental > Cancel My Rental

Please note the cancellation terms and fees:

For rentals booked more than 48 hours in advance of the start date

Cancellations more than 10 days in advance are fully refundable

Cancellations made within 10 calendar days of the Rental Start Date incur a 30% Cancellation Charge payable to MIIUAÏA

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the rental start date are non-refundable

For rentals booked within 48 hours of the start date

Cancellations made within 2 hours of the Booking Date and Time are fully refundable

Cancellations made more than 2 hours after the Booking Date and Time are non-refundable

 

Orders

What is a pre-order?

A pre-order is the reservation of an item that is not yet available for sale, but will be soon. An estimated delivery date is indicated for each pre-order item on the product page.

For mixed orders considering of currently available and pre order items: the products will be dispatched at two different times.

How can I know if my order was processed correctly?

Your order is confirmed once you receive the confirmation email with all the necessary information. You will receive a second email with tracking information once your order is shipped.

 

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Except for rentals, all orders placed on miiuaia.com may not be cancelled or modified. Please rest assured that you may always return your order upon receipt if you no longer wish to keep it.

If you wish to cancel your rental go to your Account > My Rentals > and select Manage My Rental > Cancel My Rental
