Hiring

​

The hire price is non-refundable. If you wish to cancel, you must provide Miiuaïa with 7 days notice prior to your Hire Date specified upon booking. You will be issued with a credit note, valid for 3 months, if you decide to cancel an order. 

 

Any garment hired online is done so at your own risk, should the item not fit or you change your mind, no refunds will be given. 

 

You agree to return the item to us in a pre-paid and pre-filled expressed postage bag before 12pm on the final day of your hire, unless otherwise agreed with Miiuaïa Ltd. Parcels should always be scanned at the counter and proof of postage should be stored safely. If you wrongly return the parcel to a red post box, there will be penalties for the delayed return. Any incorrect return methods, i.e., to a standard red post box, will incur penalties for delayed return.

 

Should the garment be exceptionally dirty and have alcohol, fake tan, make up stains and the like, an additional dry-cleaning charge may apply, at the discretion of Miiuaïa Ltd.

 

If the garment is not returned with the pre-paid Next Day Delivery label before 12pm on the final day, you will incur a late fee of £30 for each subsequent day the item is retained. If the garment is not returned within 2 business days following your final hire day, you will be charged full price for the garment at retail price. (OR you will be charged the full Rental fee for another weekends hire and for each additional weekend following until the garment is returned to Miiuaïa Ltd.) 

 

Shipments are conducted through Royal Mail. In the event of unforeseen postal delays beyond our control, every effort will be made to trace the item; however, if it doesn't arrive on time, a refund will be issued, with postage costs deducted.

 

You acknowledge and agree that your rental agreement of any garment involve a limited duration and that the item’s ownership remains, at all times, with Miiuaïa Ltd. 

 

You are to treat the garment with utmost care, as if it was your own. You are responsible for all damage, loss, theft or destruction from the hire date until it’s return to Miiuaïa Ltd.

 

If you return the garment with damages, you will be held liable to pay either the full retail price of the garment or the cost of repairing the damages, as per Miiuaïa’s reasonable discretion.

 

Failure to return the garment authorises Miiuaïa Ltd to charge double the retail price of the garment.

 

Miiuaïa Ltd reserves the right to hold the refundable bond until the garment is returned, inspected and approved.

 

Miiuaïa Ltd reserves the right to take all necessary measures to collect outstanding amounts due from you, including but not limited to legal action and/or involving third party collection agencies. Miiuaïa Ltd reserves the right to rectify any mistakes or errors that it makes, even if payment has been requested or received.

When placing an order with Miiuaïa, you acknowledge and agree that all information you provide on www.miiuaia.co.uk for the purpose of purchasing our goods is accurate and complete.

 

Your contract for purchases made through www.miiuaia.co.uk is with Miiuaïa Limited, and you confirm that all products ordered are for your personal use and not intended for resale.

 

All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by Miiuaïa Limited.

 

The prices and availability of our products may change without prior notice.

 

Promotional offers, vouchers, and codes may not be used for discounted products or in conjunction with other offers, unless stated otherwise. All offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at our discretion. Any offer of free delivery is limited to standard delivery within the UK mainland.

 

By placing an order via our website, you are making an offer to Miiuaïa Limited to purchase the products detailed in your order under the provided terms. At this point, your payment card or PayPal account will be pre-authorised.

 

In the event that any product from your order becomes unavailable, we will contact you via email, and provide details of any cancellations if fulfilment is not possible.

 

Conformity of Goods

 

Miiuaïa Limited make every effort to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions, specifications, and prices displayed on our website. The product details and specification provided is not binding; however, they are carefully considered and intended to give a general description of each product.

 

Miiuaïa Limited will act promptly to rectify any errors identified and are not legally obligated to honour a price displayed in error.

 

Payment

 

www.miiuaïa.co.uk accepts most major credit cards. We also accept payment via PayPal and Gift Card. All prices displayed are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate. 

 

www.miiuaïa.co.uk is authorised by the supplier of the item(s) you have hired or purchased to collect payment, on their behalf, of the price of the items from you.

 

 

Delivery

 

The provided delivery timeframes are estimated and may be subject to change. For additional information, consult our Delivery page.

We are unable to deliver to PO Box, BFPO/APO or any Forces addresses.

 

Returns Policy

 

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase but if you are not, we are happy to accept your return for Miiuaïa store credit. Garments must be returned within 14 days of receipt to be accepted. Garments must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, unmarked and unwashed, with all original tags attached, and where possible in their original packaging. For further details, please refer to our Returns Policy. 

 

Refunds

Upon receipt of your return, all garments will be inspected. Provided you have adhered to our returns’ conditions, we will initiate your refund through store credit. Store credits are processed within 5-7 days once the return has been received and approved by our warehouse. Store credits will be emailed to the email address attached to the order and are valid for 12 months.

 

Undelivered Orders

 

If you reflect delivery from the courier, the order will be sent back to us, incurring additional shipping charges that you will be responsible for. If you no longer require your order, please accept the delivery and return the items to us following our Returns Policy.

 

The courier will get in touch with you to communicate any delivery issues. If your order is returned back to us as it has been undeliverable, it may result in extra shipping costs at your expense. Please only provide a shipping address where there is someone who can receive your order.

 

Privacy

In such cases, the order will be cancelled and you will receive a refund for the full amount you paid. You may then re-order the item for the correct price if you desire.

 

If, in a rare occurrence, you receive damaged or defective goods, we will inspect the item and determine whether we can offer a refund for the full amount paid, provide you with a replacement item, or arrange for the item to be repaired, under the following conditions:

1. You inform us of the defect via email, as soon as you notice it.

2. The defect is a result of manufacturing and not a consequence of misuse of the item.

3. You return the damaged/defected item to us to the address provided in our email response, within 7 working days of receiving the email; and 

4. Ensure that the items returned are unworn, unused, unmarked, and in their original condition, with all original tags still attached; and

5. Include all packaging in the return to us.

You are responsible for returning the items to us using your local postal service (Royal Mail)

The items are your responsibility until they reach our possession. It is important that you properly package your return to prevent any damage occurring to the item, and use a ‘tracked’ postage service for added security. 

In the event that we determine that the items were indeed damaged or defective, we will refund you for the reasonable cost of returning the items to us.

 

While we have made every effort to provide accurate product information, it's important to note that variations in colour may occur due to different internet browsers, monitor colour contrasts settings, and other factors. Consequently, we cannot be liable for any discrepancies in colour between the image and the item delivered to you.

 

To the maximum extent permissible under the law, Miiuaïa Limited shall not be held liable to you by reason of any representation, implied warranty, condition, or any other term, or any duty whether in common law, contract terms, or negligence (whether by Miiuaïa, its members, agents, directors, employees, or others) for any indirect, special, or consequential loss or damage (including but not limited to loss of profit or loss of savings), expenses, costs, or other claims for compensation whatsoever, which arise from or are related to the use of this website, the supply of the products, or their use or resale by you. We shall not be held liable, whether in contract, tort, or any other legal basis, for any economic losses, damage to goodwill or reputation, or any consequential or indirect losses suffered or incurred.
